Welcome! I’m thrilled to help you bring your vision to life. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before booking your session. 1. The Complimentary Introduction (15 Mins) We offer a one-time, 15-minute complimentary discovery call for all new clients. Purpose: To discuss your project scope, budget, and aesthetic goals. Scope: This is a high-level meet-and-greet. Specific design solutions or sourcing are reserved for paid sessions. Limit: Strictly one free session per household/project. 2. Session Recording To ensure you can stay fully present during our conversation, all sessions (including the intro) may be recorded. Reference: A copy of the recording will be shared with you afterward for your personal reference. Privacy: These recordings are for project management purposes only and will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit written consent. 3. Investment & Service Fees While the initial 15-minute call is free, please note that our comprehensive design services are professional engagements. Custom Pricing: Because every home and project is unique, overall service fees are calculated based on your specific service needs, project complexity, and the number of rooms involved. Quotes: A formal project proposal and fee estimate will be provided following a successful discovery call. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. No-Shows: If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be cancelled. For paid consultations, the fee will be forfeited. 5. Technical Requirements To get the most out of our time, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and have uploaded any relevant "before" photos or inspiration images to the booking form at least 2 hours prior to the call.
